Leveling mounts are intended to support machines that could vibrate or shock the surrounding area or be adversely affected by shock and vibration. They also reduce the level of noise mechanically transmitted from the machine into the foundation. The combination of the neoprene base, zinc plated hardware, and OSHA approved paint, make the assembly resistant to caustics, cutting oils, and grease commonly found around machinery. Height adjustment is easily made by turning of the leveling stud and is held in place by a locking nut.
Mounts attach to the machine and rest on the floor and require no special foundation, no holes in the floor, and no adhesives. Machinery is easily installed and can be moved by simply lifting, relocating, and setting the equipment back in place.Leveling mounts do not put any installation stress in the machine or foundation.
